Anya & Martin about adopting Beanie
When we first applied to adopt a puppy a couple of months ago, the FTS was always very responsive and professional in letting us know that the dog we were looking at wouldn’t necessarily match our lifestyle. Instead of leaving it at that, they suggested another puppy to us that completely matched our profile. My partner and I immediately fell in love and started the process of adopting Toby (now also known as Bean, Beanie, Toebean, little gremlin, etc.). The amount of hard work and care the FTS puts into finding the best family for these pets is admirable, and we were so happy to know that there are people who care just as much as us about pets’ wellbeing. From the intake form, the interview, the house visit, to the day we picked up Toby at the airport, the FTS showed incredible kindness and support. My partner and I are beyond grateful to have this little one in our lives, which wouldn’t have been possible without the FTS. Needless to say, we would recommend the FTS to anyone looking to adopt and/or foster without a second thought.
